Reshma Begum 44, a worker of Bengal Biscuit Factory of BSCIC industrial Estate at Kawnia area of the city was killed after crushed under wheels of a covered van on Monday morning. Sub Inspector Abdul Azim of Kawnia Police Station under Barishal Metropolitan Police, quoting statements of the eye witnesses, said Swadhin Molla, helper of the covered van, while driving the vehicle trying to park that from one place to another, crushed Reshma under wheels on Monday. Police after informed about the matter rushed to the spot recovering the dead body sent to Barishal Sher- E -Bangla Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy. Police also arrested Swadhin Molla, helper of the killer covered van and seized the vehicle, he added.
