Arranged feed back program for the internship students of the Malaysian govt University- University of Malaysia Terengana(UMT) was arranged at CVASU conference hall on Tuesday .
After one month long internship of the Malaysian students,this program was arranged . Divisional commissioner of Chittagong Md.Ruhul Amin graced the occasion as chief guest.
Vice chancellor of CVASU Prof. Dr. Goutam Buddha Das spoke in it as chief patroniser. Additonal deputy commissioner(Education) Md. Habibur Rahman, Chairman of Pedrollo Bangladesh Nader Khan attended the feedback function as special guests. Dean of the Fishery Faculty Prof Dr M Nurul Absar Khan presided over it. Among others, Director ter of External Programs Prof. Dr. AKM Saifuddin, Dr. Sheikh AhmedAl Nahid spoke on the occasion. On beginning of the programme , Malaysian students presented their experiences so achieved during internshsip through multimedia presentations. The chief guest handed over certificates of Internship to 10Malaysian students, sources said. Mentionable that as per MOU signed between CVASU and UMT , 35 students of first batch of Fishery Department went to Malaysia for internship in 2016 and simlarly 10 students of UMT underwent internship at CVASU in 2017.
Sources said all students of 2n d batch of fishery will go Malaysia in next month for internship there. Among others, Dean of Medicine Faculty Prof. Md. Abdul Halim, Registrar Mirza Faruk Imam , Proctor Prof Goutam Kumar Debnath, President of Teachers Association Prof Dr Md. Alamgir Hossain, teachers , officials and students were present on the occasion, Dy.Director(PR) Khalilur Rahman sources said.
