Feasibility survey opens at Gazipur

A feasibility survey for Ningen Dock (Japanese Health Screening) as a Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Business Model, has been inaugurated at Medicare Japan Diagnostic Center at Board Bazar in Gazipur yesterday. The survey will be done to implement a Japanese method of health screening to preventive non-communicable diseases (NCDs) among readymade garment workers. This health screening survey will be conducted as a joint collaboration between Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of Bangladesh and Medicare Japan. It will funded by JICA , Japan through a consortium formed under the leadership of Konica Minolta Incorporation, said a press release.
Chief Guest of the inauguration ceremony was  Dr. Raihan-e-Zannat, Program Manager, of Non Communicable Disease Control of Directorate General of Health Services.
