Fear Fighters Sporting Club earned an exciting three-wicket victory over Lalmatia Club in the Dhaka Second Division Cricket League held on Wednesday at BKSP ground no 3 in Savar.
Asked to bat first by Fear Fighters, Lalmatia were all out for 203 for all in 49.5 overs with Shakil Hossain contributing 50 runs and Sohag making 36.
Shalehur was the pick of Lalmatia bowler as he grabbed three wickets conceding 36 runs. He was well supported by Sabbir Ahmed and Tasnim Hossain who both shared two wickets each. In reply, Fear Fighters sweat hard to reach their target in 50 overs with three wickets in hand. Azaz Ahmed played a superb knock of 59 runs while Tonumoy contributed 50 runs. Rakibul Hasan and Meraj Mahbub shared three wickets each giving away 36 and 41 runs respectively.
