Chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Ministry of Railway and the local lawmaker of Raozan constituency ABM Fazle Karim Chowdhury said the achievement of receiving Bangabandhu Krishi Award is the success and the glory of the people of Raoza .
He disclosed it while addressing the reception as arranged by the Raozan Upazila Awami and its front organisations at the premises of Chittagong New railway station yesterday afternoon of being awarded with the Bangabandhu Krishi award.
He said the people of Raozan always admire me in all respects since his swearing as legislator from1996. He said this achievement of having the national Krishi Award is the success of the people of Raozan. He said the objective aim in agri sector will be make successful in future .
He said govt will extend all possible help to the farmers in remote village areas for agri revolution. ABM Fazle Karim also said in coming 25 th July, a grand tree plantation program will be chalked out through planting 4.5 lacs saplings acrossthe upazila areas by one hour from 11 am on that day.
Bangabandhu Krishi award winner ABM Fazle Karim arrived chittagong by Sonar Bangla train yesterday from Dhaka at 12 noon and was recived the Raozan upazila Awami league leaders and its front organisations by presenting bouquets. Later lawmaker Fazle Karim chowdhury addressed the reception arranged railway station square instantly.
Raozan Upazila chairman Ehsanul Haider chowdhury, UNO Shamim Hossain Reza, District council member abdul Wahab and senior leaders of AL, Jubo League, BCL and senior railway officials were present in it among others, a local sources said. Bsesides , chairmen of Union Parishads under Raozan upazila were also present. A number of processions carrying the placard and banners welcoming the lawmaker poured in the reception venune.
