Father, son among 4 sued for violating college student

A case was lodged with Barishal Tribunal for Women and Children Repression Prevention accusing four persons for violating a college girl.
Ajibor Rahman, bench clerk of the tribunal, disclosing the fact on Tuesday said victim was degree student of a local college at Hizla upazila of the district and as complainant lodged the case on Monday noon.
Abu Shamimn Azad, judge of the tribunal, receiving the allegation on Monday at late afternoon asked officer in charge of Hizla police station to submit report within a month after investigation.
In the case Ismail Khondokar, 26, were the principal accused and his father Moti Khondokar, maternal uncle Shahi Bhuiya, Jahangir Hossain Jamaddar and local resident and others accused.
The complainant said Ismail was a student of the upazila and residing at Dhaka for his education purpose. Due to corona crisis, he coming to native village gave love proposal to the girl. After refusal collecting mobile phone number he gave marriage proposal to the victim.
On November 5, when the victim was going to visit her relatives, the principal accused abducting her took to the house of his maternal uncle Shahid Bhuiya and violated her at night.
