Father of the Head of News of Boishaki Television Ashoke Chowdhury passed away with old age complications yesterday at the age of 85 at his Panchalish residence in the port city. He left wife, one daughter, and one son and a number of relatives to mourn his death.
His funeral procession and cremation will be held at his native village at Kachuai under Patiya Upazila. Sudhir kumar chowdury(85) , father of Ashoke Chowdhury was a noted social personality. President and the general secretary of Chattogram Press club and Chattogram union of journalists and the leaders of BFUJ at Chattogram has given condolence message on the death of Ashoke Chowdhury’s father.
