As a model, journey of Farzana Rikta in showbiz was majestic. Ten years ago, Rikta performed as model in five TV commercials of GrameenPhone at a time under the direction of Amitabh Reza. Later she also performed as model in several TVCs. Besides these, she also acted in movie and TV plays. Beginning of last year Rikta performed as a model in a TVC of a multinational company’s almira under Nafiz’s direction.
After a break of one year, she again performed as model in a TVC of Airtel directed by Redoan Rony. Shooting of the TVC was done in the city’s Priyanka Shooting house yesterday.
Airtel’s this new TVC focuses on coming International Mother’s Day. While talking about performing in the TVC Rikta told this correspondent, “It is really a great luck for me to get the opportunity to perform in TVC of Airtel. I want to give special thanks to Redoan Rony Bhai because he gave me the scope. I really impressed to work under his direction for the first time. His full unit’s cordialness also impressed me a lot. On the occasion of International Mother’s Day I respect all the mothers. I believe viewers will enjoy the TVC.”
Meanwhile, Farzana Rikta is also engaged with shooting of several drama serials like Zahid Hasan directed Don on Maasranga TV, Shahin’s Dulabhai Jindabad on Desh TV, Walid’s Joley Bheja Rong on ATN Bangla and Shamim Zaman’s Cheater.com on Nagorik TV.
