Viewers’ choice popular TV actress Farzana Chumki’s husband, popular actor and director Mir Sabbir has made a movie titled Raat Jaga Phul for the first time. It is a government-grant movie. Popular folk singer and Member of the Parliament Momtaz Begum lent her voice for the title song of the movie, which music was composed by Emon Chowdhury. Its lyric was written by Mir Sabbir.
Momtaz lent her voice for the song recently which was heard by Sabbir’s wife Chumki before its releasing. After hearing the song, Chumki has liked the song so much that she is rendering the song by own way everyday.
While talking about the song Farzana Chumki said, “When Sabbir gave me the copy of the song to hear and I started to listen the song by own way. But I did not know it was Momtaz Apa’s voice. I thought it was voice of a singer of new generation. Later, I informed that Momtaz Apa rendered the song. In fact, I couldn’t realise it because generally we are habituated to listen her song in folk mood. In this movie, she has rendered the song with different composition. It was matched in her voice so nicely that I was really impressed to hear the song in her voice. In fact, Momtaz Apa rendered the song well. I have also liked lyrics and tunes of the song.
