A dead body of a farmer was recovered from Malijhi river at Salda village in Jhenaigati upazila of Sherpur district on Monday afternoon.
The deceased was identified as Md Abdul Kuddus(46) son of Md Abdul Kadir at salda in Jhenaigati of Sherpur district.
Sources and police said Abdul Kuddus went out of home four days ago. His relatives looked for him everywhere but they did not find him. On Monday people saw the dead body of Abdul Kuddus floating on the flood water in Malijhi river. They informed at Jhenaigati thana and police recovered the dead body.
