Popular TV actress Farhana Mili and film actor Mamnun Hasan Emon have acted separately in films, but the duo has never acted together on the small screen till now.
This time around, Farhana Mili and Emon have worked together in a special telefilm titled Phera, directed by Taju Kamrul and written by Akash Ranjan.
In the telefilm Phera, Emon plays the role of a superstar Robin Khan and Mili plays his love interest. The shooting of the telefilm took place recently at a shooting residence in Pubail in Gazipur.
Regarding the main theme of the telefilm, director Taju Kamrul said, “The purpose of this telefilm is to inspire that if someone has a dream, follows it with hard work and sincerity, then anything can be achieved.”
While talking about the telefilm actor Emon told this correspondent, “I really liked the story concept of the telefilm and it was a pleasure working alongside Farhana Mili. When I saw her performance in Monpura, I became a fan of hers. To be honest, when co-artistes work with each other with utmost sincerity and genuineness, it creates a very healthy working atmosphere. Phera is an example of that.”
Expressing her opinions, Farhana Mili said, “The story, dialogue and everything else has been done nicely. I believe the viewers will appreciate the telefilm.”
Director Taju Kamrul informed that the telefilm Phera will soon be aired in any satellite television channel.
