Farhan Akhtar has already proved his mettle when it comes to rigorous training and playing a sportsman in Bhaag Milkha Bhaag. It is considered his career best performance till date and marked the highest point of his career as an actor. Once again, Farhan is ready to wear the shoes of sportsman in Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s Toofan. He will be seen playing a boxer in the film. Starting his prep for the same, Farhan took to his Instagram to post a video of his straining session.
Along with the video, he wrote, “It’s not just about strength but speed as well.”
Talking about the film, director Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra had earlier said in an interview, “I am most excited for the film. I can’t talk much because we haven’t even started shooting. We are planning to go on the floors by the end of the year. Both Farhan and I are getting to work with each other after six years. We have always been bouncing ideas off each other.”
