State Minister for Public Administration Farhad Hossain on Tuesday urged government officials to play vital role to advance current development of the country.
The state minister made the call while addressing a seminar at Bangladesh Institute of Administration and Management (BIAM) Foundaion Auditorium in the city.
Urging the officials to be more efficient to face upcoming challenges, Farhad said, “Bangladesh has already joined in the way of development and to maintain the progress, there is no alternative to achieve knowledge.”
“Unless the country’s bureaucracy will be more strengthened, this trend of development will be disrupted,” he added.
He further said that the self-confidence is a very important to do something for the country and the society and it will achieve only through the enlightenment of Knowledge.
