Department of Islamic Studies of Southern University Bangladesh ( SUB) arranged a farewell and get-together programme at the University premises recently.
In this connection a rally was brought out under the leadership of SUB Founder & Treasurer Sarwar Jahan while former Vice-Chancellor and Dean of the Arts faculty Prof. Dr. Muin-Ud-deen Ahmed Khan, Registrar Dr. Mantazul Islam Chowdhury, faculty members, officials and students participated in the rally.
After the rally, a discussion session was arranged. The discussion programme was presided over by Dean of Arts Faculty Prof. Dr. Muin-Ud-deen Ahmed Khan where the Chief Guest was SUB Trust Vice-Chairman Shafique Uddin Ahmed. Founder Sarwar Jahan, Pro Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Sharifuzzaman and Head of Business Administration Mrs Ishrat Jahan were present as special guests.
A farewell dinner and cultural programme were held at the second phase of the event.
