Former governor of Bangladesh Bank (BB) Dr Mohammad Farashuddin said Bangladesh has achieved a remarkable success in the past ten years and if this space of development continues, Bangladesh will be the world’s 26th economically prosperous country by 2030.
“The country has achieved a tremendous success in the past ten years and its position in all international development indices is ahead of many Asian countries,” said Frashuddin while speaking at a discussion here today.
The Sylhet Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) organised the discussion “Review of the research paper on the investment of expatriates in Sylhet” with its president Khandker Sipar Ahmed in the chair.
