Farashganj SC and Uttara Hockey Club achieved wins in their respective matches of the Green Delta Insurance First Division Hockey League on Sunday.
In the day’s first match, Farashganj SC beat Shantinagar SC by 7-0 goals at the Moulana Bhashani National Hockey Stadium.
Bandhan of Farashganj SC scored three goals and his teammate Sumon netted two goals and their teammates Sumon Ali, Shaon scored one goal each.
In the day’s other match, Uttara Hockey Club defeated Bachelors SC by 6-0 goals at the same venue.
Pial of Uttara Hockey Club scored two goals and his teammates Swadhin, Alif, Sohel Rana, Ali Raj successfully struck one time each on the board.
