Farashganj SC finished runners-up in the Premier Bank Bangladesh Championship League beating Agrani Bank by 2-1 goals in the last league match at Bangabandhu National Stadium on Wednesday.
Mohammad Ripon and Gafur Khan scored one goal each for the winners while Rabbi netted the lone goal for the losers.
On completion of the league, Farashganj SC have secured 35 points to finish 2nd after Rahmatganj MFS, which emerged unbeaten champions securing 44 points.
Agrani Bank was placed 3rd bagging 26 points from 10 matches.
