Department of Business Administration of Daffodil International University (DIU) supported by Fanfare Bangladesh Ltd to observe the “FanFare presents BIZ Fiesta 1.0” on Tuesday at the Shadhinota Milonayoton of the university at Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka.
Md. Nurul Amin, Secretary, Ministry of Planning was present as the chief guest while Rajib Hossain, Managing Director, Fanfare Bangladesh Ltd was present as the special guest at the closing and award giving ceremony of the program. The function was also addressed among others by Prof Dr SM Mahbubul Haque Majumder, Acting Vice Chancellor of DIU, Prof Dr Mostafa Kamal, Dean, Permanent Campus, Prof Dr Masum Iqbal, Dean, Faculty of Business and Economics. The daylong BIZ Fiesta 1.0 included Business Quiz Competition, Business Case Competition, Business plan competition Sports Competition.
Addressing as the Chief Guest Planning Secretary Nurul Amin said, dream or focus is must for exploring oneself. You have to be focused on your aim. If you can focus on your aim and do work hard only then you will be successful.
In the meantime he shared his experience and said that he had a great dream to be a magistrate in his boy hood and accordingly he became successful only because of his aim, dedication and hard working, he added. He urged the students to come forward to play the key role and contribute in this journey of success.
