The land record office of Raozan upazila in Chittagong allegedly involved with irregularities and unfairmeans recently, different sources said.
A local sufferer sources said former Asstt. Commissioner of Land grabed huge amount of money from peaceloving general people on plea of creating false and fabricated land records. The land record in the name of expired women mutated also by the former AC land, a sufferer sources said.
A sufferer of No.7 ward of Raozan Municipality told this correspondent that on July 24 last, a BS khatian created in the name of one late Laila Begum and her name not recorded in the current Voter ID list of that ward and another one who has no right and title over the land as per court decree.
A number of allegations against such false , fabricated BS mutation record have been submitted before the said land office recently, sources said.
Following the joining of new UNO and AC Land , the people of Raozan expressed heap of sigh and hoped justice in coming days.
