BNP Standing Committee Member Barrister Moudud Ahmed said, the fall of the present government is a matter of time because of its widespread corruption.
He said, “The government will not be able to get out of the tunnel of corruption. They will face their downfall.”
Moudud Ahmed said it in a meeting at the Jatiya Press Club on Friday arranged by Swadhinota Forum.
The BNP leader said, “The way corruption has spread, the govt won’t be able to rescue itself from it.”

Moudud Ahmed said, “There’s no reason for us to get frustrated. It’s not possible for anyone to say when and how a mass upsurge will take place. But the fact is that the fall of this regime is now a matter of time. They’ll fall under the weight of their own corruption.”
“The Prime Minister on Thursday remembered many leaders. One of the leaders of the JSD spoke for him. But for a moment she did not quote Sadek Hossain Khoka’s name. But why? Because, Sadek Hossain Khoka was a heroic freedom fighter and never compromised his principle.
