M Fakhrul Alam is re-appointed as Managing Director of ONE Bank Limited for another term effective from next October 8.
Before appointment as Managing Director of the Bank, he served the Bank as Additional Managing Director. He was first appointed as the Managing Director on October 8 in 2016.
Before joining at ONE Bank Limited, he was the Deputy Managing Director and Head of Corporate Banking, Treasury & Investment Banking of Eastern Bank Limited.
Alam has diverse experiences in Banking spanning over 36 years, including Corporate, Treasury and Investment Banking in various capacities in different banks and other financial institutions.
He started his Career at Agrani Bank Limited as a Senior Officer in 1983, and later served different organizations at home & abroad including IFIC Bank Limited and Bank of Credit & Commerce International (Overseas) Ltd.
Alam attended many Training Programs at home & abroad. He is an MBA from IBA, Dhaka University.
