Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) KM Nurul Huda on Saturday said, if the administration acts neutrally, fair and credible election is possible.
He said, calm and festive polls environment prevails across the country. I believe that the election will be free and fair and credible, if our administration performs their duty professionally. This time the CEC urged the police administration to work honestly.
CEC KM Nurul Huda passed the remarks while discussing with field level officer at Maymensingh Town Hall’s Tareque Smirity auditorium.

In the view exchange programme, Election Commission Secretary Helal Uddin Ahmed, General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the army’s Ghatail Area Commander and 19 Infantry Division Major General Mizanur Rahman Shamim, Divisional Commissioner Mahmud Hasan, DIG of Police Mymensingh Range DIG Nabash Chandra Majhi, Deputy Commissioner and Returning Officer Dr Subhash Chandra Biswas, District Police Superintendent Shah Mohammad Abid Hasan were also present.
