Today is birthday of noted singer Fahmida Nabi. She will take part in two live shows today. Besides renderings songs at Ntv’s live musical show Aj Shokal-er Gaan at 8:05am, Fahmida Nabi will be also present at Channel i’s live celebrity talk show Tarokakothon, which will be aired at 12:30pm.
While asking Fahmida Nabi about what will be her next schedule to celebrate the day she said, “Later I will give time to my family, I have some well-wishers. They will come to me to wish me. I have to give them time.”
“In fact, if I get a good lyric, a good tune I will be happy as my birthday gift. I always glad to see everybody’s smiling face. I want everybody remain well in their own position. It’s my want,” Fahmida said.
Fahmida Nabi first gave her voice for play-back in movie Durdesh. She rendered the song titled Bhaiti aamar tumi kendo na in the movie.
Till now she has rendered for play-back songs of 20 movies. She last play-backed in movie Jajabor. In 1989, her first solo album titled Tumi Tulonahina was released in market under the banner of Phul Sourav. Till now she has nine solo albums. Her last released album was Shadakalo.
Fahmida Nabi mentioned that Samina Chowdhury and her first duet album Ek Akasher Gaan will be released soon under the banner of Laser Vision.
