Fahmida Nabi busy with own and others’ music composition

Popular singer Fahmida Nabi is stepping forward regarding time. She has also launched a YouTube channel titled Anmol Presents. Basically she is now busy with this channel. Music is her all of thinking. She cannot think without music while staying anywhere in the world. During lockdown she was in London and didn’t detach with music. She composed there a song titled Tomai ekta gaan shonabo.
After returning country, Fahmida Nabi has been engaged to lend her vocal for new songs composed by other composers and lyricists. She has already lent her voice for three new songs. These are: Sedin hothat shishir bheja, Bhalobasa kare bole and Ayna bondhu arekti bar. Sujon Barua Saim wrote lyric of the song while Sajib Das composed its music. Sifat Shahriar wrote lyric of the second song while Borno Chakraborty has composed its tune. Therefore lyric of the last song was written by Anisuzzaman Jewel while again Borno Chakraborty composed its music.
Fahmida Nabi informed that after making music videos these songs except Bhalobasa Kare Koi will be released on YouTube channel of Anmol Presents. But Bhalobasa Kare Koi will be released in another YouTube channel.
Fahmida Nabi said, “I am lucky because I got nice lyrics for the songs to lend my voice. I never feel tired to render song. I always love to remain with music. My love to music is being increased day by day.”
Meanwhile, Syed Abdul Hadi, Samina Chowdhury, Shakila Sharma, Bappa Mazumder, among others rendered songs under Fahmida Nabi’s composition till now. Next month she will start a new project which songs are composed by herself, she also said.
Popular song of film Durdesh titled Bhaiti aamar tumi kendona was Fahmida Nabi rendered first play-back song. She got the National Film Award for rendering play-back song for film Aha!
In 1978, when she was a student of Class-VIII, Fahmida Nabi lent her vocal for first time for Betar under Khandaker Nurul Alam’s music composition. In 1979, she first rendered song for BTV’s programme Choturongo under late Lucky Akhand’s music composition.
