A female Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examinee on Tuesday allegedly tried to commit suicide after being expelled from the centre at Savar for adopting unfair means in Physics examination.

A female Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examinee on Tuesday allegedly tried to commit suicide after being expelled from the centre at Savar for adopting unfair means in Physics examination.
Students of Adhorchandra High School examination centre said representatives of Upazila Nirbahi Magistrate and Centre in-Charge Mezbah Uddin caught the girl red-handed,
when she was copying the answer and expelled her.
Being ashamed of the expulsion, she jumped from the first floor of the centre building and injured.
She was admitted to Savar Upazila Health Complex.
Adhorchandra High School Headmaster Ratan Peter Gomez said that the student was expelled for cheating.
Mezbah Uddin said that the injured student told him that she collected the question papers from the facebook. “But she did not disclose the name of the facebook group,” he said.
