An expatriate was killed and another injured when a thunderbolt struck them at Bulbulikandi in Balaganj upazila on Thursday night.
Sources said when UK expatriate Nunu Miah, a resident of Barkatpur village of the upazila, along with Toahid Ali were catching fish in a water body amid rain the thunderbolt struck them, leaving the duo injured.
