Exceptional initiative of UNO, Lohagara

In order to ensure quality education, under the initiative of Lohagara Upazila Nirbahi Officer Sharif Ulah, USET (UNO’s Special Evaluation Test) prizes have been distributed among 10 people who scored the highest marks in the USET evaluation test.
 According to the previous announcement of the UNO Sharif Ullah, the award was officially given to the ten students who obtained the highest marks in the ‘USET’ examination. Each winning student is awarded a cash prize of Rs 1,000, a book, a crest and a certificate.
 On the morning of August 29, the prize distribution ceremony was held in the meeting room of the Upazila Parishad. Lohagara Upazila Executive Officer Sharif Ullah presided over the prize distribution ceremony. Lohagara Upazila Parishad Acting Chairman M Ibrahim Kabir was present as the chief guest.
 Parents as well as students are very happy to receive the award. Naeem Uddin Mashkur, Asmaul Husna and Saima Sultana Mim among the awarded students said that they have learned a lot through this exam. By correcting the mistakes, they will be able to prepare well. This will give them great motivation and confidence to achieve good results in the upcoming SSC exams. They thanked the Upazila Nirbahi Officer for such exceptional and very timely action.
 Acting Chairman of Upazila Parishad, M Ibrahim said, such initiative of the Upazila Nirbahi Officer has started a great positive change in the education sector. We hope to see a lot of improvement soon.
