Two brothers, including a former UP member, were killed and another was injured in an attack by some miscreants at
Borogram village in Singra upazila early Friday.
Quoting family members, police said a group of miscreants swooped on the house of former UP member Mozaffar Ali at around 1 am and stabbed Mozaffar indiscriminately, leaving him dead on the spot.
As Mozaffar’s two brothers-Mohsin and Hasen-came forward to help him the miscreants stabbed them, leaving both injured. Later, Hasen died on way to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital, said Nasir Uddin Mandal, Officer-in-Charge of Singra Police Station.
