Syeda Shahrun Nesa, mother of former Jatiya Press Club (JPC) General Secretary and its current managing committee member Syed Abdal Ahmad, died of old-age complications here on Tuesday morning. She was 95.
She breathed her last at her Bakshibazar residence around 10am, said a JPC press release.
Shahrun will be buried at their family graveyard at Nasirpur village in Nasirnagar upazila of Brahmanbaria district following a namaz-e-janaza after Zohr prayers on Wednesday.
