A Dhaka court yesterday (Tuesday) sent fugitive Dr. Mohammad Mashiur Rahman, former Senior Lecturer of Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) to jail in a graft case.
Acting Judge of Dhaka’s Metropolitan Sessions Judge’s Court Ruhul Amin passed the order on Tuesday morning after Dr Mashiur Rahman surrendered to the court seeking bail in the case.
On November 16, 2011, the Anti-Corruption Commission filed a graft case with Shahbagh Police Station against seven people, including four physicians of DMCH.
