Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) of East West University (EWU) organized a two-day long ‘CSE Career Fest 2018’ at EWU Campus, Aftabnagar in the city recently.
It is an event of Campus Recruitment and Industrial Attachment for students and graduates of CSE Department. A large number of renowned companies from the IT and Software Industry took part in the ‘Fest’ with their recruitment panel.
Besides on-campus recruitment, some important events like a round-table discussion, career talk, and industrial talk sessions also held of the Fest. The career talk session was involved by the legislative body from Industry, Academia, and Government.
Abdullah Al Hasan Chowdhury, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Education was chief guest, while Habibullah N Karim, Founder and CEO, Technohaven Company Ltd, Raisul Kabir, Founder and CEO, Brainstation-23, SM Ashraful, Islam, Executive Vice Chairman, eGeneration Ltd, Mohammad Maksudur Rahman Bhuiyan, Additional Director, University Grants Commission, Bangladesh and Prof Dr Fakrul Alam, Pro-Vice Chancellor, EWU were the special guests on the occasion.
Dr Ahmed Wasif Reza, Chairperson, of the Department of CSE, EWU chaired the program.
