Department of Electrics and Telecommunication Engineering of International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC) celebrated its 7th founding anniversary amid great festivities and much enthusiasm on the campus recently.
Pro Vice Chancellor of IIUC Prof Dr Delwar Hossen inaugurated the program around 10 am by releasing balloons and festoons.
On the occasion, a colorful rally was brought out on the campus. Teachers, alumnus, students and staff of the department took part in the rally led by the current chairmen of the Department Abdul Gaffer.
Later, a discussion program was held at university`s central auditorium where Pro Vice-Chancellor of the university addressed it as the chief guest and the current chairmen of the Department Abdul Gaffer was in the chair.
After the discussion program a cultural program performed by the department students also held.
