Esaraf Hossain Esa, senior reporter of Daily Sun and Ali Azam, staff correspondent of Bangladesh Protidin have been elected as President and General Secretary respectively of Faridpur Journalists’ Foundation (FJF) Dhaka for the next two years on Wednesday.
Other elected executives include two Vice-Presidents Mahmud Morshed Chowdhury (Kanchan) of Arthonitir Kagoj and Rajibul Islam Khan of Rtv, Joint Secretary Asaduzzaman of Dainik Panjeri, Treasurer Zakirul Islam of Ittefaq, Organizing Secretary Sajjad Mahmud Khan of Alokito Bangladesh, Publicity Secretary Mamunur Rashid of leadnews24.com, Office Secretary, Mosaddeq Ahmed Bashir of Ajker Patrika, Welfare Secretary A M Mahmud Lipon of Asian TV, Sports and Cultural Secretary Habibur Rahman of Amader Somoy and Training and Research Secretary Bayejid Ahmed of Dipto TV.
Six executive members are Obaidur Rashid of Channel-1, Wakil Ahmed Hiron of Shamokal, Animesh Kar of Independent TV, Muktadir Rashid Romeo of New Age, M Shajahan of Janokantho and Syed Amanat Ali of Dhaka Protidin.
