Jatiya Party Chairman HM Ershad on Sunday strongly protested the Israeli atrocities on civilians in Gaza and called for an immediate cessation of massacre of innocent people including women and children there. In a statement, Ershad, also the Special Envoy to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, said the barbaric attacks of Israel on the Palestine people including the women and children has stigmatized the human civilization.He demanded that the Israeli government should immediately stop the cowardly attacks on Palestine people and seeks apology to the people in Gaza for its misdeeds.The former President of Bangladesh, Ershad urged the Muslim Ummah to raise their protest against the Israeli massacre in Gaza, the statement added.Besides, Bangladesh Workers’ Party and Ain O Salish Kendra also protested the Israeli attacks on civilians in Gaza, Palestine.In separate statements, the leaders of the organizations urged the world community to exert their pressure on Israel authorities for an immediate cessation of the attacks.
