Speakers at an inaugural ceremony here yesterday afternoon stressed for comprehensive and well-coordinated public and private sector initiatives for reaching and ensuring health services to all citizens.
They were addressing the ceremony arranged for launching of the Salehin Clinic and Diagnostic Centre at BGB Gate CO Bazar area in the city.
Panel Mayor of Rangpur City Corporation (RCC) Abul Kashem attended the ceremony and formally inaugurated the clinic and diagnostic centre by cutting ribbon as the chief guest.
RCC Councilors Abdur Razzaque, Rafikul Islam and Hafiza Begum Panna, noted social workers Nur Mohammad and Anwarul Islam Raja, President of Mahiganj Press Club Bablu Nag, Managing Director of clinic and diagnostic centre Abdus Salam, its Directors Jashim Uddin, Jahangir Alam, Sweetie Begum, Johra Salehin, Redwan Anny and Beauty Begum were present.
While addressing the occasion, the chief guest expressed his firm confidence that the newly inaugurated clinic and diagnostic centre would be able to provide quality health and medicare services at the lowest costs to people from all walks in the society.
