State Minister for Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Nasrul Hamid yesterday said the power and energy sector will have to ensure quick service to the clients by using technology like social media, according to the release.
“The power and energy sector would get feedback of many clients if they are active in social media,” he said while speaking as the chief guest at a seminar on ‘Power and Energy on Social Media’ at Bidyut Bhaban in the city. He urged all concerned to be active in the social media.
Power secretary Manowar Islam and officials concerned were present in the seminar, according to the release.
