Vice Chancellor of National University (NU) Prof Dr Harun or Rashid said, education becomes fruitful only when it can keep pace with the radical changes of technological development. For this, students should be skilled and trained up in such a way so that they can compete themselves with the latest and modern technological innovations. NU VC, as the chief guest, was addressing the Laptop Distribution Ceremony of CSE Department of Daffodil Institute of IT (DIIT) held at DIU auditorium in the city on Saturday.
He advised the students to achieve the virtue of morality, ethics, humanities and social values in their life besides education to enrich themselves as well as enrich the country.
Prof Shibli Rubayat Ul Islam, Chairman, Governing Body DIIT and Dean Faculty of Business Studies, University of Dhaka was present as special guests of the program. T
The Program was chaired by Md. Sabur Khan, Chairman, Daffodil Group. Among Others, Mohammad Nuruzzaman, The Executive Director of DIIT, Mr. Mohammad Shakhawat Hossain, Principal of DIIT were also present of the program
Md. Sabur Khan, in his speech, advised the students to concentrate on their study and also to become sincere for a better in career.
He also said, information technology is now a part and parcel of our lives. He suggested everyone to give importance to moral education. He also described the importance of international standard education.
