This May Prego is presenting a wide selection of Tuscany cuisine focused on the excellence of Italian products. The festival will last until May 31 for dinner only. The promotion will take Dhaka on a journey to discover delicious flavor of the Tuscany cuisine.
Executive Chef of the Westin Dhaka Peter Wicki along with his Prego chefs will preside over the Prego kitchen with their expertise and passion of Italian Cuisine.
Chef Peter said, “We are very pleased and delighted to bring in the rich culinary heritage of Tuscany. Tuscany, a tiny region in Italy, is known for its tradition, history and delicious food. Simplicity is the unique feature of Tuscan food. The diverse flavors and cooking techniques of the region are honored with an expansive menu. Both North and South Italy influence cooking in Tuscany, and the menu showcases this by including a wide range of pulses, seafood, meats and pasta.”
Guests can indulge in delicious food such as Pasta E Risotti, Soup, Salmone Viareggio, Branzino isola di Giglio, Scaloppini di Vitello al Sugo e Mozzarella, Tangliatt alla Fiorentna, Filetto di agnello alla Pisano and many more which will be prepared by talented Chefs of the Westin Dhaka.
