Bangladesh Railway and Army’s Construction Supervision Consultant (CSC) and DORP, a non-government organization arranged the programme. AHM Nouman, CEO of the NGO and GUSI International Peace Laureate, Brigadier General Md. Abdul Mukim Sarker, Deputy Chief of CSC, Brigadier General Abul Kashem Md. Fozlul Kader, Brigadier General Abul Kalam Azad and other high level Army officers were present.
