with the death of child Zihad after falling into a pipe of a pump at Shahjahanpur Railway field of the capital on December 26 in 2014.
Magistrate Rezaul Karim of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Court of Dhaka passed the order after hearing on the Police’s remand plea for seven days to interrogate the accused.
On March 8, accused Abdus Salam surrendered to the court with a bail petition while the court sent him to the jail rejecting the plea.
