Ghulam Mohammed Alomgir, Chairman of MAX GROUP and Hassan Zabed Chowdhury, CEO of LankaBangla Investments Limited, signing an agreement documents at its head office in the city recently for capital issuance to raise Tk 1,200.00 million through issuance of Redeemable Cumulative Preference Share for its 163MW Gas-based Combined Cycle IPP at Fenchuganj in Sylhet. Other officials from both the organizations were present.
