SkyCargo, the freight division of Emirates, has managed to transport a heavy load to Uganda. The cargo contained heavy machinery and bridge parts to be built across the Nile River in the African country, says a press release.
A Japanese company hired the cargo service for being known to carry heavy loads such as helicopters, ship rudders, aircraft engines and a yacht’s mast among others. The cargo weighs around 84 tones and was transferred by the Boeing 777 Freighter aircraft.
