2021 was the year for popular actress Elina Shammi to get appreciations from the viewers for her acting. Basically last year was very much successful for the actress. In the beginning of last year, Elina Shammi got appreciation for acting in web film Janowar. At the end of 2021, she came into discussion to act in Shyam Benegal directed Bangabandhu’s biopic. Full unit of the biopic was pleased with Shammi’s performance. After completing shooting of the biopic, she went to St Martin to pass times with her family.
While talking about her New Year planning Elina Shammi said, “In the beginning of last year was web film Janowar and I got huge appreciation from the viewers for my acting. It is really a delightful matter that directors are working with me in different projects. In the meantime, I have been receiving response from the viewers for my works. It is also achievement for my career. I am satisfied because I have been working regularly. Real actors cannot get full satisfaction for their works. I am also like them. I believe I am getting offers to work because of my qualifications and acting skill. I think it is my blessing. In the beginning of New Year, on January 3, I started shooting of Shihab Shahin directed a new series. On January 21, my acted movie Mukhosh will be released. Therefore, I will also take part in shooting of Mushfiqur Rahman Gulzar directed government-grant movie Tungiparar Dussahoshi Khoka. I have already finished shooting of Rokibul Alam Rokib directed movie Bhaiyare. I am really impressed to act in this movie specially director’s cordial behaviour impressed me a lot.”
Elina Shammi also said that she has already finished shooting of Apurbo Rana’s movie Jol Rong and Tanvir Hasan’s movie Moddhyobitto. In Moddhyobitto, Elina Shammi played the central role, Ranu. Story of this movie revolves with this character. In fact, now directors are showing their keen interest to cast Elina Shammi in their projects. For this reason, the actress has become more serious in acting now, according to Elina Shammi.
