Md Elias, a third year student of the Department of Theatre & Performance Studies and Md Zaman Ullah, a first year student of the Department of Mass Communication and Journalism emerged the joint-champions of the Annual Sports Competition of Haji Mohammad Mohsin Hall of Dhaka University (DU) on Wednesday.
Md Hasinuz Zaman, a fourth year student of the Department of Islamic History and Culture became runner-up of the sports competition. The sports meet was held at the central playground of DU.
Pro-Vice Chancellor (Administration) of Dhaka University Professor Dr Shahid Akhtar Hossain inaugurated the competition in the morning as the chief guest.
Later, Treasurer of DU Professor Dr Md Kamal Uddin distributed the prizes among the winners. Provost of the Haji Mohammad Mohsin Hall Professor Ali Akkas was present at the time.
