An elderly man was killed in electrocution at the city’s Akbarshah area on Friday.
The deceased was identified as Mohammad Babul,58, son of late Mokshed Ali, hailed from city’s Akbarshah area. Babul was electrocuted as he came in contact with live electricity while working at a his residence at Bishow Colony area under Akbarshah thana in the city, said Nayek Abdul Hamid of Chittagong Medical College Hospital (CMCH) police outpost.
