An employee of private television channel Ekattor TV has been killed in a road accident near Baridhara’s Nadda area in Dhaka.
A victor classic bus knocked down the motorcycle of Gopal Sutrodhar, 34, while he was going to Khilkhet on Wednesday evening.
He was a video editor of the television channel.
Gulshan Police’s Officer In-charge (OC) Abul Hasan confirmed The New Nation over cell phone.
He said they seized the bus; however the driver has been fugitive after the incident. We are trying to arrest him.
