In the day’s matches, GTV beat Nagorik TV by 4-3 goals in the tie-breaker, Daily Sun edged past ATN News by a solitary goal, Amader Samay defeated Sangram by three goals to nil, Ajkaler Khabar beat Jababdihi by one goal to nil, Naya Diganta overcame the Daily Ittefaq by a solitary goal, Manabzamin beat Inqilab by a solitary goal, Jagonews24.com defeated Sangbad by three goals to nil.
On the other hand, Jugantor got walkover as their opponents could not reach the arena in proper time.
Sekandar of GTV, Sohel of Daily Sun, Asadur Rahman of Amader Samay, Tuhin of Ajkaler Khabar, Monir Hossain of Naya Diganta, Shakil of Manabzamin, Moniruzzaman Uzzal of Jagonews24.com were adjudged the Man of the Match of their respective matches.
Meanwhile, the Sports Committee of Dhaka Reporters Unity (DRU) postponed all the matches of the football meet until March 31due to coronavirus scare.
