On Thursday at 5pm, the group stage draw takes place in Monaco, with four English clubs among the 32 awaiting their fate.
Manchester City, Liverpool, Tottenham and Manchester United are the Premier League representatives in Europe’s elite competition this season.
They are four of 26 teams already confirmed for the group stage, with six other clubs to be confirmed by Wednesday evening following the final round of qualifiers.
Ajax, AEK Athens, Dinamo Zagreb, PAOK, PSV Eindhoven and Red Bull Salzburg look the most likely to go through following the first legs – although Young Boys, Benfica, Dynamo Kiev, BATE Borisov, Red Star Belgrade and Vidi will still be hoping they can make it.
Here are all the teams confirmed for the tournament so far:
Pot one: Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Manchester City, Juventus, Paris St-Germain, Lokomotiv Moscow.
Pot two: Borussia Dortmund, Porto, Manchester United, Shakhtar Donetsk, Napoli, Tottenham, Roma.
Pot three: Schalke, Lyon, Monaco, CSKA Moscow.
Pot four: Club Brugge, Galatasaray, Inter Milan, Hoffenheim.
To be confirmed: Liverpool, Valencia, Viktoria Plzen, plus six play-off winners.
