Khulna Correspondent reports: Like other parts of the country, Eid-ul-Fitr, one of the greatest religious festivals of the Muslims, was celebrated in Khulna amid due solemnity, fervor, enthusiasm and festive mood after ending the holy Ramzan, the month of fasting and patience on Saturday.
The first and main Eid congregation was held at Khulna Town Jamay mosque at 8am on Monday where numerous Musallies gathered. Maolana Md. Salehuddin Ahmed conducted the jamaat. After the ending of the prayer, special Munajat were offered seeking peace and happiness for all the people of the country.
