Islamic Foundation including Kishoreganj District Administration, many religious and socio-cultural organisation and mosques and madrasas arranged various programmes including Milad Mahafil, doa, rally marking the holy Eid-e-Miladunnabi on Sunday.
On this day in 570, the 12th of Rabiul Awal of the Hijri Celender, Mohammd (Pbhu) was born in Makkah with divine blessings and messages of peace of the same day. Islamic Foundation arranged a discussion, prize and crest distribution among the children, doa-mahafil held at local collectorate conference room on Sunday monring.
Deputy Commissioner (DC) Md. Sarowar Morshed Chowdhury attended as chief guest and Police Super (SP) Md. Mashrukur Rahman Khaled BPM (Bar) and Deputy Secretay of Local Government Md. Abdullah were attended as special guest while ADC (G) Abdullah-al-Masud in the chair.
It was addressed among others by ADM Md. Golam Mostafa, ADC (Edu. & ICT) Md. Habibur Rahman, Islamic Foundation Deputy Director Md. Farook Ahemed, CAB President Alam Sarowar Tito, District Press Club President Mostafa Kamal, Sanak Convenor Saiful Hoque Mollah Dulu and Moulona Md. Sorab Rouf.
Dupchanchia (Bogura) Correspondent says: Eid-e-Miladunnabi was celebrated amid massive religious festivity and fervor in Dupchanchia Upazila of Bogura district on Sunday night.
Marking the anniversary of birth and demise of Prophet Muhammad (SM) a rally led by principal of Khadiza Khatun Alim Madrasha was brought out from the upazila and paraded all roads.
Different government and non-government organizations, including the Islamic Foundation (IF), have chalked out elaborate programmes to mark the Day.
A discussion meeting was also celebrated almighty Allah had sent Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) as the Marcy for the whole universe. He was revealed in the world as the ‘Sirajam Munira’.
The speakers said the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) had emerged as the emancipator and rescuer in the world of sin, oppression, falsehood, superstition and anarchy.

birth of Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH), was observed in the district as
elsewhere in the country and the globe today with due respect and religious fervor.
Marking the day, Islamic Foundation Gaibandha chalked out elaborate programmes.
The programmes included hoisting national flag atop the office buildings, cultural competitions, and holding doamahfil. Apart from it, in the morning around 11 am, a discussion meeting on the importance of the day was held at the hall room of Islamic Foundation office of the town here on Sunday.
Deputy Commissioner (DC) M. Abdul Matin addressed the function as the chief guest and additional police super Rahaat Gowhary and general secretary of Bangladesh Awami League, district unit, Abu Bakar Siddique were present as the special guests.
With Deputy Director of Islamic Foundation here Krishibid M. Azmal Hossain in the chair, the function was also addressed, among others, by Muhtamim of Shah Bangal Koumi Madrasha of the town here Mowlanal Mufti M.
